Wood and finish workshop
Spend a morning learning what a finish can protect and what it should leave visible.
We begin with unfinished oak and work through a few small samples by hand. You will feel the grain before and after sanding, compare two simple oils and learn how to care for a surface as it ages.
What to expect
The group is intentionally small. Each person has time at the bench and can take a finished sample home as a reference. No previous woodworking experience is needed.
