Amber lamp
Warm light for the edge of a room.
The Amber Lamp is built for the hour between work and dinner, when the overhead light feels too public and a candle would ask for more attention than you have to give. Its low shade holds a warm pool of light close to a wall, a book or the corner of a side table.
The ceramic body is made in small batches and finished by hand, so the glaze moves slightly from piece to piece. A cloth-covered cord, a simple brass switch and a replaceable bulb keep the design quiet and serviceable.
A softer way to end the day
Place it beside a chair, on a low shelf or at the end of a long table. The lamp is not intended to light an entire room. It gives one small area enough warmth to make staying feel natural.
Each lamp is packed with a care card explaining how to dust the shade, replace the bulb and keep the cord away from heat. We would rather send useful information than pretend a product is maintenance-free.
